Help

Most questions come down to one thing: Flymundus is a comparison site, not a travel agency. We show you fares; someone else sells you the ticket.

I have a problem with a booking

Contact whoever issued your ticket — the airline or the online travel agency whose site you completed the booking on. Their name is on your confirmation email and your payment statement.

Flymundus has no access to your booking. We cannot see it, change it, cancel it or refund it, because the transaction happened entirely between you and the provider. Contacting us first will only cost you time.

The price changed when I clicked through

This is normal and it is not a bait-and-switch. Airline pricing is live inventory: fares are held in fare buckets, and when the cheap bucket sells out the price steps up — sometimes between the search and the click.

The historical prices on our route pages make this more visible, not less. They are labelled with the date we recorded them precisely so they are read as "what this route has cost" rather than "what it costs right now".

Do I pay Flymundus anything?

No. There is no fee and no markup. We are paid a commission by the provider when a booking completes, which is why the service is free to you. The terms state this formally.

Is my search private?

We do not build a profile of you. We store one thing from a search: a count of how many times each destination city has been searched, with no visitor identifier attached, so the homepage can show genuinely popular destinations.

Your last searched route is saved in your own browser so the form is still filled in when you come back. The full detail is on the privacy page.

Something on the site is wrong

Tell us — a broken route page, a destination described badly, an airline detail that looks off. Email support@flymundus.com with the page address and what you spotted. Corrections to our own reference content are the ones we act on fastest.

Fares are the exception. We do not set prices and cannot change them — every fare shown here belongs to the airline or agency selling it, and we report what they are advertising. If a price looks wrong to you, the provider's own site is the authority on what that seat costs.
